Our Grants Process

Following a grant meeting, all applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by email. Payments of a successful application bare processed within the next calendar month.

If you are successful, your grant will be paid by electronic transfer to your nominated, authorised bank account.

Compliance

Audit & Inspection

Youthtown requires all Grant Applicants to consent to Youthtown having the authority to audit the recipient organisation’s accounts in order to verify that the grant has been used in full for the approved Authorised purpose. Grant Recipients must provide evidence of how the grant was spent in the form of documents (e.g. tax receipts, bank statements, photographs etc.) to Youthtown within three months of the grant being approved.
